Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate our platform: email address, username, and payment transaction IDs. We do not store credit card numbers, passport data, or identity documents. Age verification tokens received from third-party providers are cryptographic-only — no PII is retained.

Age Verification

In compliance with applicable laws including the Australian Online Safety Act 2021, users accessing from Australia must complete a third-party age verification check. The verification provider returns an anonymous cryptographic token — no personal identifiable information is stored on our servers.

Data Retention

Account data is retained until account deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Session tokens expire after 24 hours.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies only. No tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies are used.

Third-Party Services

We use PayPal for payment processing and Alchemy for blockchain transaction monitoring. Each service handles data per its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Australian users have additional rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
